We ship worldwide. Orders will be shipped out within 3 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. All items are shipped from Canada. Once the item has been delivered to the post office it is in their hands - we have no control of the package.

BROKEN ITEM

If an item arrives broken, please contact us as phrogsandpherns@hotmail.com and include pictures of the damage. We will offer a refund or replacement.
